Order concerning the Accots.

Hundred of Spelthorne &
Wm. Sherborne< no role > Gent high
Constable of the Hundred
of Isleworth ,

It is Ordered by this Court that William Chandler< no role > Gentleman
high Constable within the Hundred of Spelthorne and William
Sherborne< no role > Gentleman high Constable of the Hundred of
Istleworth in this County do forthwith produce and lay
their respective Accounts fairly Written of all Moneys
by them respectively received by vertue of the Rate made
for the raising of Moneys for the passing of Vagrants or
by vertue of any other Publique Rate or Rates made at
any Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County
before his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for the said County
resideing or acting in New Brentford Division in the same
County at their petty Sessions to be holden for the same
Division to the Intent that the Accounts of the said High
Constables may be inspected and audited by the said
Justices of the Peace , And this Court doth further Order
that the said high Constables respectively do forthwith pay
all such Sume and Sumes of Money as shall be found,
to be in their respective hands unto the respective
Treasurers intituled to receive the same, And It is
further Ordered by this Court that the said respective High
Constables doe forthwith Collect and Levy or cause to
be Collected and Levyed all such Sume and Sumes of Money
as are now Standing out and Uncollected upon the said Rates
or any of them, and yet in arrear, and forthwith respectively
pay the same unto the Treasurers aforesaid, And the said
Justices of the Peace are desired to certifye an Account in
writing of what shall be done in this Order unto his
Majestyes Justices of the Peace for this County to be assembled
in their Generall or Quarter Sessions,
