P adjorn Martis sexto die Aprilis 1725

Order touching the
Discharging of Wm. Warren< no role >
Gent high Constable of
Finsbury Division }

Complaint being made unto this Court by several of his Maties
Justices of the peace for this County residing within Finsbury
Division in the said County that William Warren< no role > Gent high Constable
of the said Division hath not duely performed the Duty of his said Office,
It is Ordered by this Court that the said William Warren< no role > be
discharged from his said Office of high Constable unless cause shall
appear to the contrary unto this Court on Thursday next,

We whose hands are hereto set having heard the said William Warren< no role >
and several Witnesses on his behalf and also the complaint alledged against
him are of opinion, that he has shown good cause against his being
discharged from his said Office and that nothing appear to us as a proper
ground for such discharge, Witness our hands this 8th Apr 1725

Order for Justices of peace
Finsbury Division to fix
a person fit to succeed Mr
Wm Warren< no role > in the Office of
high Constable }

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is hereby recomended and referred
unto his Maties Justices of the peace for this County residing within
Finsbury Division in the said County between this day and Thursda next
to consider of and fix on a person fit to succeed William Warren< no role > Gent in
the Office of high Constable of the said Division, to the intent such person
may on Thursday next be appointed high Constable of the said Division,
in case the Court shall then think fit to discharge the said William
from his office of high Constable of the same Division.

Order for delivering possion
of New prison Etc to Mr
Joshua Walker< no role > }

It is ordered by this Court that possession of New prison at Clerkenwell
in this County and the Custody of the prisoners therein be forthwith
delivered unto Mr Joshua Walker< no role > who was this day appointed by his
Maties Justices of the peace of this County assembled at Hicks Hall to
be Keeper of the said prison in the roome of John Geary< no role > Deced, such
Appointment being to be drawn up and signed by the said Justices of
the peace.

Whereas It appeareth unto us whose hands and seals are here unto
set his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx that
the Office place or employment of Keeper of the prison called new
prison at Clerkenwell in the same County is now voyd by the Death
of John Geary< no role > Gent late Keeper of the said prison , And to the
intent that the said Office or place of Keeper of the said prison
may be duely and regularly supplyed with a person fitly qualified
to be Keeper thereof Now Know all Men by these presents that
