moneys alledged to be due to them for the passing
of Vagrants the respective high Constables within
the Said Hundreds are hereby Ordered forthwith
to give an accompt to the said Treasurer upon
demand of what Moneys they have paid to the Said
Petty Constables or any and which of them for the
passing of Vagrants and the times when paid And
the Said high Constables are also to give an
accompt to the Said Treasurer of what Moneys
they have received upon the Rate for raising
moneys for passing of Vagrants how disposing and
what is now resting in their hands, And it is
further Ordered by this Court that the Cryer of
this Court do give two days notice to each
of the Said Justices of Peace to desire they will
be present at Hickshall at the time aforesaid
to adjust the accompts of the Said Constables
At which time and place the Said Treasurer
is to attend the said Justices of the Peace, and
lay before them his accompts touching his
Treasurership, and the Clerk of the Peace or
his Deputy is also to attend at the Same time,
And the Said Referrees are desired to Report
their Opinions touching the Premisses with
a State of the Said Accompts at the next Sessions.
