and to adjust what Sume they Shall think reasonable
to be allowed to the Said Petty Constables respectively
for the Service aforesaid and also to inspect and
examine the accompt of the said late high Constable
touching the Moneys by him received on the Rates
for raising of moneys for passing of Vagrants and how
he hath disposed thereof and if any and what Sume
of money is due to him on Ballance of Such accompt
And for that purpose William Munden< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Gentleman
Treasurer of the Moneys raised and Collected within
the Hundreds of Elthorne Spelthorne and Istleworth
in this County for the passing of Vagrants is hereby
Ordered to give notice to the late petty Constables
that this Court doth require them to attend the
Justices of peace above named or any five of
them at Hicks hall in St. John Street in this
County on Thursday the thirtieth day of April
instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon with
the Certificates given them respectively by any of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County
for their loss of time and expences in passing of
Vagrants and with what other papers they have
relating to their passing of Vagrants and alsoe
with an accompt of what Moneys they or any
of them have or hath received for or towards
Satisfaction of the Moneys allowed them for the
Service aforesaid And that the Said late high
Constable do attend the Said Justices of Peace or
any five of them with his Said accompt at the time
and place aforesaid And to the end that the Said
Treasurer may be enabled to discover if the Said
Petty Constables have received any part of the
