find the Indictment with such Evidence as were not Prisoner
and this Deponant further saith that several Persons
not Prisoners who assisted this Deponant in Carrying
on this Prosecution where immediately as this Indictment
was found refused admittance into this Prison and one
Thomas Sambridge< no role > who appears to Act as the Solicitor
for the Defence of the said William Clipson< no role > declared
last Night as this Deponant is Informed and Believes
that he would out Jockey the Parties Concened in this
Prosecution meaning as this Deponent believed that
by the Notice of Trial being given late last Night
that this Deponent could not be prepared with his
Witness for this Morning nor can this Deponent
Prepare for Trail unless the Persons coming to this
Deponent are admitted into the Prison
