on the Trial of this Cause but the same Was then adjourned
and this deponent Saith four Subpenas were actually Sued out
of the Crown office and fourteen Copiee thereof made and duly
Served on the above persons as this deponent verily believes as
to Such Service And these deponent Saith he Caused to be paid
to each of the said Witnesses one Shilling Conduct money with
their said Subpenas and Saith over and above Such Conduct
