the Prosecutor of the above Indictment
Make the bath that the above Defendants
by Mr: Priddle their Sollicitor gave Notice
of trial for the last Sessions & then
Applyed to this Honourable Court
to put off the trial which the Court
was pleased to Order on payment of
Corts And Saith that such Corts have
been Taxed at Twenty Three Pounds
and upwards but have not been
Paid And Saith that the said Defendts
gave Notice of Trial at this Sessions
and this deponent Saith he hath
been at Great Expence in bring up
a Witness from the County and if the
Supenaing Many Witness but
the Defts have not as they Depont.
