the sd. Richard Windsor< no role > went the same day in order to serve the said
James Mason< no role > therewith but that the said James Mason< no role > was a few days
before gone a Journey to Carlisle to Buy Scotch Beasts and was not
Expected to return to Rowley again before Candlemas so that it was impossible as
these Deponents believe for them to have the Benefit of the Testimony of
the sd. James Mason< no role > at the present Sessions without wch these
Deponents are advised and believe they cannot with Safety Try the said
Traverse And these Deponent are informed and believe that the said
James Mason< no role > will return to Rowley in due time for these Deponent
to Spa him and have the Benefit of his Testimony at the next
ensuing Sessions for the said City of London
