Ceren in the parish of Kerry in the
County of Montgomery Gentleman maketh Oath that he this deponent
Was Subpsened to attend at the Trial of this Indictment at October
Sessions last from the parish aforesaid that he purposely Attended to
give Evidence on the said Trial And this deponent Saith that Cefney
Bereu is twenty five Miles from Shrewsbury
the Nearest place a Coach
Comes to to go London and that he had two horses and a Man Servant
to go to Shrewsbury
and which would and did Necessarily take up two days
for the hire of Which horses Servant and the Expences of the said horses and
Servant
for the said two days this deponent Charges and hath Received
one Guinea and this Deponent Saith the Coach hire to and from
Shrewsbury
is five Guineas and Saith he this deponent Was Necessarily
absent from his place of Residence from the Twenty Seventh of
October last to the Eighteenth day of November last being Twenty one days
for which this deponent Charged the said George Crossley< no role >
and hath received
the Sum of Eleven Pounds and Six pence and this deponent Saith that
