in any Sum of Money whatsoever and therefore Your
Petitioner apprehends himself to be aggrieved by the said
Rate or Assessment and that the said Sum of Twenty eight
Shillings is illegally charged on him in and by the said
Rate or Assessment.

Therefore your Petitioners humbly appeals against
the said Rate or Assessment in Respect of the said
Sum of Twenty eight Shillings so charge don Yours
Petitioner and prays that the said Rate or
Assessment may be quashed or that Your Petitioner
Petitioner mau be quashed or that Your Petitioner
may be discharged from the Payment of the
Sum of Twenty eight Shillings or be otherwise
relieved in the Premises in such Manner as shall
appear just and equitable to this Honourable Court
