time he Received the Sunmons to attend as
a Juror in the Month of August last this
Deponent from the State of his affairs being
obliges to Call a meeting of his Creat his &
the Ill State of his health during the Sessions
in which he Received the affair said Summons being oblige
to keep his head Several days was
prevented giving such attendance & further
Sayth that he Requested a person who lived
with him as Shop man would Call on
Mr Gould the Summoning Officers to
acquaint him of deponants Ill State
of health & In ability to attend and Saith
that he hallund at any [..] gours [..]
