Blew of Goose Alley , Fleet Market , London, Buckle
Maker Who being on Oath severally say And First
the said Andrew Strahan< no role > For himself saith, that about half
an hour past twelve O'Clock last Night, he was informed
by his Servant Maid, that there was a Woman upon
the second Flight of Stairs Informant went up Stairs
and Found the Prisoner now under Examination,
Sarah House< no role > , in Custody Says, that the Pair of
plated Candlesticks now produced are his Property, and
of the Value of twenty Shillings and upwards And
the said Samuel Candler< no role > For himself saith, that being
told by Mary Mc Coy< no role > his Master's Servant , there was
a Woman on the Stairs, he went up Stairs, and saw
the Prisoner coming out of one of the bed Chamberfront Room,and the
pair of Candlesticks now produced were in her Possession
Informant stopt the Prisoner, and upon searching her,
the two Nossesls now produced were concealed in her
bosom And the said William Smith< no role > for himself
saith, that the Information of Samuel Candler< no role > are in
all respects true And the said Abishai Blew< no role >
For himself saith, that he searched the Prisoner
and Found the Nossels now produced concealed
in her Bosom.
