severally say And First the said

for himself saith, that

now under Examination, came
this Morning about half an hour past eight O' Clock to his
Publick House, and called for a glass of Gin, with
which Deponent served her Informant went
backwards, and when he returned, he heard his
Servant

, the other Informant charge
the Prisoner with taking one of the Pots which had
been placed in the Pastage Informant asked her
for the Pot, whereupon the Prisonershed tears, and
took the quart pot belonging to Informant out
of her Pocket Informant felt another Pot on
one side of her Pocket, and took it out, which is
the other quart Pot now produced Says, that the
pewter quart Pot marked W, at the bottom, is the
Property of him this Informant, and of the Value
of one Shilling and six Pence And the said

for himself saith, that he placed
one Gallon, three Quart and one pint pewter Pots
in the Passage
of his Master'

one of the quart Pots whilst the Prisoner was
in the Passage
Says, that respecting her, he
charged her with stealing it, and the Prisoner
produced it out of her Pocket, crying at the same
time Informant took the quart Pot now produced
and marked it at the bottom, and also took the two
pint Pots now produced out of her Pocket.
