personally serve Thomas Goodwin< no role > one of the
Churchwardens of the above named Parish of Saint
Andrew Hubbard< no role > with a true Copy of the Order
here unto annexed And at the same Time did
acquaint him with the Contents and Meaning
of the said Order & such Service thereof And
which said Notice hath not since been countermanded
to this Deponents Knowledge or Belief
