WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of

's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, That
Sarah< no role >
the Wife
of
John Terras< no role >
and their
three Children namely
John Kent< no role >
aged eight Years
and upwards
Thomas< no role >
aged eight Years and upwards and
Mary aged four Years and upwards had
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and were likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said sarah as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said sarah and hen said three
children
to be in the said Parish of saint Benneld St Sepulchre
London
and that hitherto They ought by Law to be sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Sepulche
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Sarah and
her said three children
from and out of your Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Bennet Pauls Wharf London
And there deliver unto the Church-Wardes and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for then according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 22 Day of August One Thousand
