Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in
the City of London London, and the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Faith under
Saint Paul in the said City
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, That Saint the Wife of Edward Hudson< no role >
who hath deserted her [..] had

lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and was likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Jane as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlemnt of the said Jane

to be in the said Parish of Saint Traith under Saint
Paul in the said City
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty< no role > 's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Jane and her
two Ru [..] ate Children for nurture Namely Jane< no role > aged three years,
and Elizabeth< no role > aged Eleven Months
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
saint Traith under Saint Paul
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 20th Day of July One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty one
