having been tried and Convicted before
You at the Old Bailey
of Felony and received
Sentence of Death for the same And You having by
Certificate under you Hand humbly recommended them
to His Majestys Royal Money or Condition of their
being Imprisoned in the Goal of Newgate, The
said James otherwise Patrick Donolby for the Term of
Three Years and the said George Kennedy< no role >
for the
Term of One Year. His Majesty< no role >
has thereupon seen
graciously pleased to extend His Royal Mercy to
them or the above Conditions and has commanded me
to signify the same to You, that You forthwith give
the necessary Direction for putting the same into
Execution accordingly.
