Unto the day of the date hereof And We the said Churchwardens
and Overseers do hereby Consent declare and Agree that all further
prosecution in the premises do hereby henceforth cease and determine
at the Suit and prosecution of the said Parish against the said James
Steward in the premises and that the said James Steward< no role > be Enabled
and do and shall with our Consent withdraw at his own Expence and
charge the Recognizance entered into by him and the said John
Robinson and Abraham Hutchinson< no role > to his Majesty< no role > for the Well
performance and abiding such Order or Adjudication which might
have been otherwise had or made by any His Majestys Justices of the
peace for the said City of London on behalf of the said Parish for the
said James Steward< no role > to have abided done and performed In Witness
whereof We the said William Reynolds< no role > and Henry White< no role > Church
wardens and John Windleborough< no role > and Richard Reeve< no role > Overseers
as aforesaid have hereunto Set our hands and Seals the twenty
fifth day of January in the twenty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the
year of our Lord 1781 .
