private Ship of War And this Deponent the said Thomas Jones< no role >
for himself saith that on the said Twenty fifth day of November last he
this Deponent was on board the said Ship or Vessell called the Ashton
And that the said Ship or Vessell called the Ashton was taken by
the said persons on board the said private Ship of War then-
being in Company with the said Ship or Vessell called The Joseph
And that both the said Ships or Vessells called the Joseph and Ashton were carried into the Port of
Havre De Grace in the Kingdom of France and there detained and
kept for the benefit of the Owner or Owners of the said Private
Ship of War.
