with Joseph Maple< no role > , and others not taken, in burglariously breaking and
entering the dwelling-house of Richard Maxwell< no role > , and stealing a quantity
of wearing apparel, plate, and other things, the property of the said
William Maxwell< no role > . Dated Dec. 18, 1780.

Detained on oath of Elizabeth Seager< no role > and another, on suspicion of feloni-
ously receiving from some person unknown one black silk cloak, one
pocket-book, one china tea-pot, Etc. the property of John Seager< no role > ,
knowing the same to be stolen. Dated Dec. 18, 1780.

spoon, a linnen handkerchief, and a quantity of wearing apparel, his

and entering his dwelling-house, the King's Head , in Swinton-Street,
Gray's-Inn lane , in the night-time, and stealing a table-cloth, a cardi-
