MIDDLESEX COMMITMENTS.

her in fear and taking from her person a gold watch, 3 gold seals, a pocket
book, a bill of exchange for payment of 720 livres, Etc. Dated Dec.
8, 1780.

Detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for wilfully, maliciously,
and feloniously shooting at him, on the high-way in the county of Kent ,
with a pistol loaded with powder and ball. Dated Dec. 8, 1780.

Detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for felonously assaulting
him on the highway in the county of Kent , putting him in fear, and
taking from his person a pocket book, 16 louis d'ors, and some silver.
Dated dec. 8, 1780.

Detained on oath of Charles Stringer< no role > and others, for wilfully, maliciously,
and feloniously shooting at him, in a certain field near the King's high
way in the county of Middlesex , with a pistol loaded with powder and
