being Sworn and Examined before the Right
Honorable Brackley Kennett Esquire Lord Mayor< no role >
of the City of London this 13th Day of June
1780 Deposeth and saith

That about seven o'Clock in the afternoon of Tuesday
the sixthseventhday of June Instantthat thegreat Number
of People Assembled before theGatemain Gate of
the sd. Prison in a Riotors and Tumultuous manner
whereupon the Main Gate was Shut, That the bottom
of the Wicket was broke by some of the Moburth Pick [..]
but find of they cod. not penetrate through the main Gate they
Piled up part of [..] furniture of Mr Akerman
House which they had before broke open [..] against the
Gate to which they Put Fire word or if possible toget
[..] Barn the Gate which this Examinant
and his Fellons Servants often put out with Water from
the Inside of the Prisoner That the Prisoner John Glover< no role >
appeared to be the mort Active [..] Active Gorson Particularly
in Puling up comfortable matters against the Door and
putting fire thereto
