situate in Golden-lane . Dated June 15, 1780.

22 John Burges< no role > , in Clerkenwell-bridewell , committed by W. Blackborow
and J. Walford, Esqrs , on oath of William Jackson< no role > , on suspicion of Steal-
ing a bed-post. a piece of curtain, and a copper pot, the property of
John Lynch< no role > , at the time his house was destroying by the mob, on the
7th of June, and throwing them into a fire then burning, in Old-street ,
near the turnpike. Dated June 15, 1780.

23 Mary Roberts< no role > , in Clerkenwell-bridewell , committed by John Sherwood< no role >
and Jasper Clarke< no role > , Esqrs . on oath of John Leberty and another, on
suspicion of riotously and tumultuously assembled with diverse
other persons, in the precinct of St Catherine, near the Tower , Mid-
dlesex, on the 7th June instant, and having feloniusly begun to de-
molish and pull down the dwelling-house of the said John Leberty, and
having feloniously taken and carried away a quantity of houshold fur-
niture his property. Dated June 15, 1780.

24 George Turner< no role > , in Clerkenwell-bridewell , by Jasper Clarke< no role > , Esq ; on oath
of Elizabeth Leberty and another, for riotously and tumultuosly as-
sembling together, with a great number of other persons, before the
house of John Leberty , in the precinct of St. Catherine's Middlesex ,
in the night of the 7th of June instant, and wilfully and maliciously
destroying the furniture of the said dwelling-house, Dated June 17, 1780.

ously, unlawfully, riotously and tumultuously assembling
together in St. Catherine's-lane , Middelesex , on the 7th of June instant
to the disturbance of the public peace,and unlawfully and with force
beginning to demolish and pull down the dwelling-house of the said
John Leberty. Dated June 20, 1780.

borow and J. Walfores, Esqrs , on oath of Robert Remington< no role > , an evi-
dence, foe being aiding and assisting a certain riotous mob in de-
stroying the dwelling-house of John Lynch< no role > , in Golden-lane Dated
June 20, 1780.

26 Thomas Ivers< no role > , in Clerkenwell-bridewell , detained by J. Sherwood and
J. Staples, Esqrs , on oath of John Sadler< no role > and another, and his own
consession, with being a convict under sentence of imprisonment in
Newgate , and having escaped from thence. Dated June16, 1780.

27 John Kemp< no role > , in Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by W. Addingron
Esq; on oath of John Archer Robertson< no role > and others, for felonously
plucling up and carrying away, in the night time, 60 carnation plants
value 3l. and upwards, which were standing, growing, and being in
the garden ground of the said John Archer< no role > Robinson, called Castle-lane
Gardens , in the liberty of Westminster , Dated May 11, 1780.

28 Mary Cook< no role > , in Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by W. Adington,
Esq; on oath of Mary Bartlett< no role > and another, for stealing 13 Yards of
thread lace . Dated May 12, 1780.
