James Brown< no role > , on a strong suspicion of having violently assaulted,
beat, bruised and wounded Mary Lowe< no role > , his wife; of which
assaulting , beating, bruising and wounding, she the said Mary did
languish and die. Dated April 8, 1780.

Middlesex , charged on his inquisition with the wilful murder of Mary
