felonies, and received judgment of death.

7 Andrew Breeme< no role > , standing indicted last session of maliciously and feloniously setting on
fire and burning a house; and on his trial for the same, the jury having found a
verdict specially subject to the opinion of the judges, ordered to remain.

8 William Bagnell< no role > , convicted last session of several grand larcenies; ordered to be pu-
nished by being kept on board ships or vessels, Etc. and employed in hard labour
in the raising sand, soil and gravel from, and cleansing the river Thames , Etc.
for the space of 5 years.

person a silver watch, his property.

Detained by Thomas Bishop< no role > and George Reid, Esqrs . on oath of James Gomm< no role > and
others, for feloniously assaulting him on the highway in the parish of West-Wycomb,
in the county of Bucks, putting him in fear, and taking from his person a crown
piece, and half crown piece, and a copper farthing, his property.

They also stand indicted in London for felony, on the prosecution of Richard Davis< no role > ;
and ordered to remain, Etc.Vide London Orders, No. 8.

12 Edward Stewart< no role > , otherwise Harris, from Tothillfields-bridewell , committed by
S. Wright, Esq ; on oath of Frederick Hahn, Esq ; and others, on suspicion of
feloniously assaulting him on the highway in the county of Surry, putting him in
fear, and taking from his person 2 purses and some money his property.

And detained on oath of Frederick Hahn< no role > and others, for feloniously assaulting Barbara
Hahn, and Louisa Hahn< no role > , on the highway, in the county of Surry, putting them
in fear, and taking from their persons two purses containing one guinea and some
silver. Ordered to be sent to the common gaol of the said county of Surry.
