Attainted in October session of felony, and received judgment
of death; but being respited, remain, Etc.

16 John Kippax< no role > , convicted in September session of bigamy, was fined one shilling, and
ordered to be imprisoned one year in Newgate.

17 Lea Joseph Salomons, convicted Oct. session of unlawfully setting fire to part of a wooden
chest of drawers and a wooden chest, in a room in the house of John Bosworth< no role > ,
doctor in divinity, where she was tenant, with intent to set fire to the said house.
Ordered to pay a fine of 100l. and be imprisoned two years in Newgate.

18 Robert Parsons< no role > , convicted in October session of assaulting Richard Downes< no role > , was
fined 12d. and ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate 3 years.

19 Richard Harper< no role > , convicted in July session of feloniously coining and counterfeiting
an halfpenny, was branded, and ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate one year.

20 Christopher Foley< no role > , formerly attainted of high treason, and received judgment of
death, was respited; and in July session ordered to be kept to hard labour in the
house of correction for the term of 5 years.

fined 12d. and ordered to be imprisoned 12 calendar months, and find surety, Etc.
for two years.

39 Joseph Ward< no role > , convicted in September session of assaulting, beating and wounding
William Miller< no role > , one of the marshals of the city of London , in the execution of his
office; was fined 12d. and ordered to be imprisoned 5 years in Newgate.

40 Sarah Goodye< no role > , convicted in Sept. session of unlawfully uttering a false and counterfeit six-
pence, knowing the same to be false and counterfeit; having at the same time in
her custody a false and counterfeit shilling. Ordered to be imprisoned in Newgate
one year, and fined sureties for two years.

41 Mary Cunningham< no role > , convicted in September session of unlawfully uttering a false and
counterfeit shilling, knowing the same to be false and counterfeit: Ordered to be
imprisoned in Newgate 6 months, and find sureties for 6 months.
