To the Right Honourable the Lord
Mayor and the rest of his Majesties
Worshipfull Justices of the peace for
the City of London at the General
Quarter Session of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church-
Wardens and overseas of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Bartholomew by the Exchange in the said City

Shewth


That by an order an pass warrant bearing date the
6th day of March now last past under the hands and
seal of the Right Honourable James Esdaile< no role > Lord Mayor
of the City of London and Nathaniel Thomas< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesties of Justice of the peace in and for the said
City one whereof being of the Quorum) Ursula owen< no role > This name instance is in set 2307.
singlewoman was removed from the Parish of saint
Faith under saint pauls London to the said Parish of
Saint Bartholomew by the Exchange as the place of her
last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners apprehending themselves
aggrieved by the said order an pass warrant of the said
two Justices humbly appeal against the same

And therefore pray that you will
be pleased to order the Church Wardens
and overseers of the poor of the Parish
of Saint Faith under St. Pauls afsd.
and all persons concerned to attend
this Court someday this present
Session to hear and abide the Judgement
and Determination of the Court
touching the premises and the Payer
Petitioners may have such releif
therein as to your Worship shall
seem meet
