WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of th Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Katherine Cree Church
London, That Susannah Dutton< no role > a Lunatic
is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the Henry Dutton< no role > as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Susannah Dutton< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Paul in Covent Garden
in the said County of Middlesex
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire You the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of Saint Katherine Cree Church
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Susannah
Dutton< no role >
from and out of your Said Parish, unto the said Parish of
said Paul in Covent Garden aforesaid
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 6th. Day of Febry One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Eight
