Who being upon Oath say and first the said Ann Clawin< no role >
for herself
says that in the Night between the 1st & 2nd. of March her father's house
Daniel Clawin< no role >
at Finchley
was broke open and robbed of Silver Plate
He and that she saw several of the Offenders who committed the said robbery
and does believe that a person now present who calls himself James
Bean is one of the said Offenders, and the said Elizabeth Clawin for
herself says that she also saw theseveral of the Offenders who
committed the said Robbery and does believe the said James Bean< no role >
to be one of them, and the said William Carter< no role >
for himself says
that he is Servant
to the said Daniel Clawin< no role >
and also saw several
of the Offenders who committed the said [..] Robbery and that he verily
believes the said James Bean< no role >
to be one of them and that he came into
this Informants Rooms with a white Cap on, and the said Thomas
Gregory< no role >
for himself says that he was in the Same Room with the
said William Carter< no role >
when the Said Robbery was committed and is very
sure that the said James Bean< no role >
is me of the Said Offenders
