in January last for feloniously ravishing Elizabeth

And this Deponent Saith that the said Elizabeth
Hardy before the Session began went away and neglected to prosecute
the said John Hall< no role >
for such Offence whereupon this Deponent
Recognizance became forfeited and this Deponent Saith that she was
always ready to attend to give such Evidence as she Knew but
that as the Prosecutrix did not Indict the said John Hall< no role >
this
Deponent could not Comply with the Condition of her Recognizance
And lastly this Deponent Saith that she did not neglect to give
Evidence against the said John Hall< no role >
for any reward on hope or
Promise thereof or for any favour or Affection or from any
wish that the said John Hall< no role >
