Thomas Tookie< no role > , Charles Appley< no role > , and others, for feloniously taking
and carrying away, in the county of Surry , a child's coral mounted in
silver, and several silver breast-buckles, the property of the said Tho-
mas Tookie. Dated Sept. 2, 1778.

Thomas Tookie< no role > and others, for feloniously receiving in the county of
Middlesex a silver coral and several breast-buckles the property of the
said Thomas Tookie< no role > , knowing the same to be stolen; for the stealing
of which in the county of Surry George Goodburn< no role > is in Custody, and is
to take his trial at the next general assize to the held in and for the county
of Surry . Dated Sept. 2, 1778.

Detained on oath of William Gilbert< no role > and others, for feloniously receiving
in the county of Middlesex a box and a part of a telescope, the property
of the said William Gilbert< no role > , knowing the same to be stolen; for the steal-
ing of which in the city of London Thomas Elburn< no role > is in custody, and is
to take his trial at the next general gaol delivery to be held in and for the
city of London . Dated Sept. 2, 1778.

in the county of Middlesex a quantity of plated buckles the property of
the said William Edwards< no role > , knowing the same to be stolen; for the steal-
ing of which in the city of London George Goodburn< no role > and Thomas El-
burn are now in custody, and are to take their trials at the next general
gaol delivery of Newgate . Dated Sept. 9, 1778.
