for a limited Time the Punishment by hard
Labour of Offenders, who for certain Crimes are or
shall become liable to be transported to any of His
Majestys Colonies and Plantations It is Majesty
has thereupon been graciously pleased to extend
His Mercy to them on the above Conditions, and
has Commanded me to Signify the same to You
that You do forthwith give the necessary
Orders for putting the same into Execution in
pursuance of the Act of Parliament in that
behalf.
