Who being upon Oath says that he is Servant

Linen Draper
, that in the Night
between Saturday the 29th. & Sunday the 30th. of November last the
Shop of the said Isabella Jones< no role >
was broke open and robbed of a
great Quantity of Handkerchiefs, Linens, and Cottons, that on
the Tuesday Evening following he this Informant was at the
house of Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
now present where he saw a Number
of persons bargaining for Linen Drapery Goods with the said Eliz.
Ireland
and that he saw a [..] Remnant of Cotton in the Possession of
the said Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
which Cotton he verily believes to be
part of the Goods stolen from the said Isabella Jones< no role >
, that
afterwards the same Evening he saw John Heley< no role >
take a Handkerchiefs
ourt of the Pocket of the said Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
which Handkerchief
he also verily believes to be part of the Goods stolen from the
said Isabella Jones< no role >
, that on searching the Necessary belonging
to the said Elizabeth Ireland< no role >
's Hoses he saw there a small Bundle
of Bits of Cotton & that the said Bundle was set on fire by throwing
Bits of burning Paper down into the Necessary and the next
day this Informant examining the Remains of the said
