Who being upon Oath say and first the said Robert Philips< no role >
for
himself says that he keeps the Half Moon Tavern
Cheapside
, that
on Wednesday Evening last he had a Silver Pint Mug stolen from
his House which he verily believes was stolen by a person now
present who calls himself Charles Drake< no role > This name instance is in set 2655.
the said Charles
Drake being the only person in the Room from Whence the said
Silver Pint was stolen from the time it was seem there till
the Time it was missed, and the said William Cuddington< no role >
for
himself says that he is Waiter at the said Tavern and
that he saw the said Charles Drake< no role >
at the said Tavern on
the Evening before mentioned and verily believes the said
Charles Drake< no role >
Stole the said Silver Pint
