Flannagan
< no role > on the Prosecution of James Watson< no role >

Thomas Roberts< no role > agent to Mr. Funter Sollicitor for
the Defts in this Cause maketh Oath and saith that
he hath made diligent inquiry after the Deft. Edward
Flannagan in order to production in Court in
Discharge of his Bail in this Prosecution but on
such inquiry this Dept. found that the said
Edward Flannagan< no role > is absconded and gone off for
the Kingdom of Ireland and this Dept. further
saith that he has also made inquiry after the
Prosecutor James Watson< no role > in order to procure a
a Release of the above Prosecution on which
inquiry this Dept. hath been informed and
verily believes that the said James Watson< no role > is
gone abroad to the last Indias
