this Informant, at the Temple Exchange Coffee
House
by appointment, that the said Flint
then told this Informant that he had got
some Ear Rings and pieces of Stone Work
that were broke to piece, in their Carriage
which were consigned to him from some
Place, but what place in particular he
does not recollect, he accordingly opened a
small black Shagreen Care wch was lived with
black Velvet, the Lid of which was lived with
black Silk or Sattin, and shewed him in it
several pass of Stone Work broke to pieces
which look'd, to the best of this Informants
knowledge to be single drop Ear Rings, the Bones

broken; the large stones appeared to be push'd
out of their Sockets, and
apperedto have been
by the pieces of Rims
which were there,

beenset transparent; he requested of this
Informant to tell him what was the best
Method for him to take with them; upon
which he this Informant advised Flint to make
them up into Rings, and Things of that kind; says
Flint requested him this Informant to come And
shelp him to out the Remainder of the Brilliants
out of the settings; that he this Informant called the
