At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the City of London at the Guildhall within
the said City on Tuesday the Ninth day of January in the
Sixteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc

Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Bennett Shear Hogg in the City of London have
exhibitted their Petition and Appeal to this Court setting forth
that by value of a Pass Order under the hands and Seals of
two of His Majestys Justices of the peace for the said City of
London (wherefore is of the Quorum) bearing date the
twenty eighth day of November last past Sarah Warwick< no role > This name instance is in set 918. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . the
Widow of Thomas Warwick< no role > and her Bastard Child Margaret
Draper
< no role > an Infant aged Eight Months for Nurture were
removed from the Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate without
London to the said Parish of Saint Bennett shear Hogg as the
last Legal place of their settlement and that the Petitioners
the king themselves aggrieved appealed against the said Pass
Order Wherefore at the request of the said Petitioners It is
Ordered that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto
them and that the bearing and determination thereof be and
the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the Nineteenth day of February
next at Eight of the Clock in the Morning and that due
notice hereof be given unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate
without.
