To the Right Worshipful his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the City of London at
their General Quarter Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Bennett Shear Hog in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass order under the hands
and seals of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Piace for the said
City of London whereof one in of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty Eighth day of November last past Sarah Warwick< no role > This name instance is in set 918. This set is in the group(s): MothersPS . the
Widow of Thomas Warwick< no role > and her Bastard Child Margaret
Draper
< no role > and Infant aged Eight Months for Nurture were
removed from the parish of Saint Giles Cripplegate without
London to the said Parish of Saint Bennet Shear Hog London
as the last Legal Pleae of their Settlement By which
your Petitioner & think themselves Aggrieved and appeal
to this Court against the said Pass Order

Your Petitioners therefore pray your
Worships will be pleased to him and
Determine the Matters touching this
appeal and five them such relief in
the premisses as to Your Worships shall
seem Just and meet

And Your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
