there from of which Notice was delivered of such Petition and appeal to the Respondents on the
Eleventh day of January instant.

The Contest between the Appellants and Respondents seems

and are willing on both sides to get the present Order of Removal set aside so as the Pauper
may be Removed to the Husband Settlement
