for Nurture were removed and Conveyed from and out of the Precinct
of White Fryers
in the City of London unto the said Parish of Saint Martin
Outwich
the said Justices thereby adjudging the Place of the last last legal
Settlement of the said Rebecca Seager to be in the said Parish of Saint
Martin Outwich
That the said Woman called Rebecca Seagor is
the lawfull Wife of John Warwick< no role >
and your Petitioners apprehend that her
Settlement is not in the said Parish of Saint Martin Outwich and therefore your
Petitioner think themselves aggrieved by the said Order of Removal or Pass Warrant
Your Petitioners therefore appeal
from the said Order of Removal of the said
two Justices and humbly pray that the Healing
of the said Appeal may be adjourned unto
the next Sessions of the Peace and that your
Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day in
that Sessions to hear and determine the said
Appeal
