To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the City of London in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of John Sawbridge< no role > Mayor and
Fredk Bull< no role > Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the said City of London (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 7th. day of March last Sarah Thatcher< no role > Widow
was removed from the Parish of Saint Bridget alias Bride
in the City of London to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said Two
Justices Appeal to this Court against the same and
humbly pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal
may be saved to your Petitioners and that the hearing
and Determining thereof may be adjourned until the
next General Session of the Peace to be held in and for
the said City of London

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
