WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
London, That
Joshua Hepworth< no role > is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, andislikely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint [..]
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as west [..]
the Oath ofthe said Joshua Hepworthas other was do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said
Joshua Hepworth
to be in the said Parish of Saint Andrew by the Wardrobe
in the City of London
and that thithertoheought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish ofSaint Andrew Holborn
London, forthwith to remove and convey the saidJoshua
Hepworth
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish ofSaint
Andrew by the Wardrobe in the City of London
Andhimdeliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro
vide forhimaccording to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this29th Day of October One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy Six .
