The King on the Prosecution of
Sir Ralph Verney< no role > Baronet
Earl of Verney in the Kingdom
of Ireland against
Henry Noah< no role > & another,

Sir Ralph Verney< no role > Baronet Earl of Verney in the
Kingdom of Ireland the Prosecutor above named Maketh
Oath and Saith that Thompson Pater< no role > of Newport
Pagnell in the County of Bucks Laceman is a Material
Witness in the Prosecution above mentioned, on the part
& behalf of the said Prosecution and without whose Testimony
this Deponent is advised & beleives he cannot safely proceed
to the Tryal of the above Prosecution, And this Deponent
further Saith that the said Thompson Pater was
Subpena'd to appear on behalf of the said Prosecution
to atthis present Session of Oyer & Terminer & Genl.
Goal Delivery and that the said Thompson Pater was
not on any Account by this Deponent or any person
for him by his privity or Consent advised or desired to leave or Quit London for the
Purpose of puting off this Prosecution And this Dept.
further Saith he belives the said Thompson Pater
was taken ill as is stated in the Certificate of
Oglethop Wamman< no role > Doctor ofin Medicine and Keer
Keable
< no role > Surgeon and dated at Brandon in the County
of Suffolk February the 27. 1774
