this Deponent is advised & beleives he cannot safely proceed
to the Tryal of the above Prosecution, And this Deponent
further Saith that the said Thompson Pater was
Subpena'd to appear on behalf of the said Prosecution
to atthis present Session of Oyer & Terminer & Genl.

not on any Account by this Deponent or any person
for him by his privity or Consent advised or desired to leave or Quit London for the
