Currin that Same Morning being Tuesday the 21st. of December
Instant, that the Said Dennis Currin< no role > delivered to her the
said Bank Note to get it changed for him in order that he
might pay her some Money that he owed her, says that
she carried the Change for the said Bank Note to the said
Dennis Currin< no role > at the house of Mr. LincolnJohnsonthe Cocoa Tree
Coffee house in Johnson's Court and in the presence of
the said Mr. Lincoln paid the said Change to the said Dennis
Currin, says the said Dennis Currin< no role > there paid her five
Guineas towards the Debt he owed her; and the said George
Corfield for himself says that he received the aforesaid
Bank Note for two hundred pounds at the sign of the Eight
Bells in the Parish of Christ Church Surry together [..]
others and that the said Dennis Currin< no role > was present when he
received the Said Bank Notes; and the said George Corfield< no role >
further says that he has cause to suspect and does suspect
and verily believe that the said Dennis Currin< no role > feloniously
took and carried away the said Bank Note for two hundred
Pounds the property of this Informant George Corfield< no role >
