maketh Oath and saith that the said Samuel Spurway this
Deponents Husband is and hath been ever since his Confinement
in Newgate under and by virtue of the above Prosecution very rich
and Ill of the Goal Distemper as this Deponent very by believes
for that the this Deponent hath attended and nursed the said

ever since his Enlargement from such his
Confirment and saith that the said [..]

hath ever since and still doth keep his Bed and cannot in the
Deponents Judgment attend at [..]
Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
to try his Traverse to the above Indictment this session without
being in great and eminent danger of loosing his life and at

hath by such sickness and illness lost the
use of his limbs and the light of one of his Eyes.
