the Depondent above named maketh
Oath That arrested the said John Seavill< no role >
for the Sum of One
hundred pounds for Money had and received by the said John
Seavill for the use of this Deponent and for Money paid laid out
and Expended by this Deponent to and for the use of the said John
Seavill And that the Indictment prepared against this
Deponent by the said John Seavill< no role >
is relative to the said
Affidavit and to severall Accounts and Matters that were
Transacted between this Deponent and the said John Seavill< no role >
during the time the said John Seavill< no role >
was this Deponents
Servant
And this Deponent further saith that in October One
thousand seven hundred and Seventy he filled a Bill in his
Majesty Court of Exchanger against the said John Seavill< no role >
for an Account of the severall Monies received and paid by the
said John Seavill< no role >
for this Deponent during the time he was his
Servant
was aforesaid and caused the said John Seavill< no role >
to be
served with a Subpana to answer the said Bill but this
Deponent saith the said John Seavill< no role >
hath not put in any
Answer thereto Neither does this Deponent know where to
find the said John Seavill< no role >
in order to compell him to put in
an Answer thereto And this Deponent further saith that
if the said Cause was to be heard he this Deponent verily
beleives That it would plainly appear there was a large Sum
of Memory due and [..] eing from the said John Seavill< no role >
to this
Deponents.
