hath heardbeen advised and believes that the said Ann Beeford< no role > will
recover a Verdict in the said Action when the same comes
on to be tryed And this DeponentDept Thomas Hughes< no role > for himself
saith that he this DeponentDeptsdid on Monday last serve Mr. Leasey
Solicitor for the prosecution with a Notice in Writing purporting
that the Court would be moved on Wednesday then next
or so soon after as Course to wascould be heard that the Tryals of
the above Indictment might be put off until the Determination
of the Action in of the Court of Kings Bench wherein the Affidavit
mentioned in the said Indictment was made and that the Defendants Defts
Recognizances might be respited in the mean time by leaving
the same with his maid Servant at him House in Fetter Lane
and this Deponent [..] further saith that he this DeponentDeptdid on Thursday
last deliver to the said Mr. Leavey at his House in Feller
Lane aforesaid another Notice in Writing in the said Cause
purporting that the Court not having been moved president
to the Notice given him on Monday last for the Purpose above
mentioned that the said Court would be moved for that
Purpose on Friday then next or so soon after as Counsel
can be heard
