Deponent did not attend again till near from of the Clock on the
said Saturday before which time this Deponent was informed the said
Grand Jury were discharged And this Deponent saith that he
did not neglect to prefer such Indictment against the said
Thomas Roberts< no role > through any Favour or Affection towards
him or with any View or Design that he should be discharged
out of Custody without Prosecution but that this Deponents not
attending the said Grand Jury in due time on the said Saturday
was occasioned through Ignorance and such Misinformation as
before setforth.
