The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middlesex.
Sheweth.
That by Virtue of a Warrant or order under the hands and Seals of the

of the said City and the
Liberties thereof bearing Date the Second Day of July instant

(who is alleged by the said order to be gone from her) and
their Child
Katherine Mary< no role >
aged five months were removed and Conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate
London into the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
aforesaid as the Place of their
last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order humbly appeal to
this Court against the same and Pray such relief
in the Premisses as this honourable Court shall
Seem meet and that the benefit of their said
Petition & appeal and the hearing and determining
thereof be Saved unto them untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said City
and the Liberties thereof
