the City of London Assembled in General Quarter Sessions
by Adjournment at the Guild Hall of the said City

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St George's Hanover
Square in the County of middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Francis Cokayne< no role > Esqr . and Sir Matthew Blakiston< no role > Knt
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said City (one being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 19th. day of December 1764 Henrietta
Wallbey
< no role > , wife of Benjamin Wallbey< no role > who is a Patient in Saint
Thomas's Hospital was removed from the Parish of St. Olave in
Hart Street in the City of London to the said Parish of St. George
Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Benjamin Wallbey< no role > and Henrietta< no role >
his Wife .

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggreived
by the Judgment of the said Two Justices of the Peace
Appeal to this court against the same and desire to be
relieved therein

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
